Biography
For the past 9 ½ years Doug Osborne has worked as a Health Educator at SEARHC. For the past 6 months he has served as the facilitator for the Revitalize Sitka: Creating a Vibrant Downtown workgroup. What you are going to see is the first public viewing of Sitka’s downtown revitalization plan. This plan is a draft and your feedback is welcome.
