Biography
Kylene Binder-Peters joined the Native Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) in July 2012 as the Program Manager. Prior to that she was the Program Manager for the WA State PTAC program and has worked in the PTAC industry since February 2003. Kylene places a high value on customer service and getting correct information to the clients. The PTAC program provides specialized and professional assistance to small and native owned businesses seeking to learn about and obtain contracting and subcontracting opportunities within U.S. federal, state, local and tribal government agencies.

Kylene received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Services Administration from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA. Before joining the PTAC programs, Kylene worked at the VA Medical Center. She has a proven track record of over 20 years management experience.
